I'm wrapping up my time at Art Farm, which has been really interesting and awesome. When I head back to Pittsburgh next week, I return a more skilled markswoman, a nearly professional window glazier, and a maker with new ideas. I've gotten to create a few videos and still images, even returned to my textile traditions briefly, and mostly feel like I've gotten some work done.
Important things I've experienced:
Chicken eating a mouse, mini horse impersonating Kurt Cobain, corn, how small town post office works, corn, THE hot beef sundae, the Skate Island rollerrink, a State Fair, and then there was some corn.
So thank you Ed for making this possible.
Now I'm preparing to send work to a group show at Collar Works Gallery in Troy, NY and then off to Cali for the POW POW POW event where Christine Choi and I will get to collabo...
